Francisco Novick

Francisco Novick is a film director and producer born in Buenos Aires in 1993. He has a background in Economics (University of Buenos Aires) and Film Direction (ENERC). His shorts and feature films LOST TIME (2019) and POLITICO (2022) premiered at international festivals such as Mar del Plata, Tallin, DOK Leipzig and Biarritz.

His projects have been selected by Málaga Festival Fund Co-production Event, Fulgor Lab, Cartagena Production Meeting and Guatemala’s Mercado Icaro among others. He is currently finishing A NIGHT AT PALADIUM, his third film as director.

He teaches project development workshops and serves as a jury at festivals and competitions in the region.

Francisco was selected as a young emerging talent by the Locarno Industry Academy that took place in BrLab 2024 in São Paulo, Brazil.
