Iván Bustinduy was born in Buenos Aires in 1997. He graduated in Film Direction at Universidad del Cine film school, where he currently works as a professor. He directed the shorts THE SECOND MAN (2021), winning the Méliès Prize in the last Mar del Plata Film Festival, and ANIMAL TRANSPORT (2022), premiered at BAFICI and Palm Springs ShortFest. He coordinates the digital magazine TAIPEI where he writes about cinema and education. He is currently writing TIME OUT, his debut feature film, with the support of the Iberoamerican development laboratory Fulgor Lab.
